How do I apply?
You are eligible if you are a licensed dentist in California, a full-time faculty member at one of the six California dental schools, or a California dentist serving full-time military duty. To become a member of organized dentistry, apply online with CDA by clicking here (have your license number handy). One application handles your membership for ADA, CDA and NSDS.
How much are membership dues?
Current annual NSDS dues are $316, CDA dues are $750 and ADA dues are $522, although special rates are available for full-time faculty members, recent graduates, recent licentiates and federal military professionals. To enroll in the monthly payment plan, simply register for the CDA Electronic Dues Payment (EDP) program to divide your dues into easy monthly payments.
